Chuck Cobern, President & CEO
Chuck co-founded Technology Pointe in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology in multiple verticals in the Texas Region. He previously held the position of Information Technology Manager at Caleb/Navitaire and worked over 10 years for the Government in the Engineering/Technology Division where he received the Commander's Award for Civilian Service.
As a business owner and CEO of Technology Pointe. Chuck brings his corporate experience to the SMB markets and understands their needs to become leaders in their own verticals. Chuck holds several Certifications with Microsoft including Trainer, and he shares that experience with the Team Members at Technology Pointe.
Chuck has lived the Central Texas area since 1968 and enjoys the Austin/Round Rock Communities with his family and friends. As a musician, Chuck really appreciates living in Austin “The Live Music Capital of the World”.
Dustin Bolander, CIO
Dustin provides CIO-level guidance and strategy to customers and works with the Technology Pointe management team to help provide clients with the best IT service possible. You will usually find him at customer offices, personally working with various departments and executives to ensure Technology Pointe's IT solutions are helping run their businesses better.
He gained his experience working in several small businesses, healthcare, education, and government. He now uses his experience to apply enterprise best practices with a small business mentality. Dustin specializes in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange, and he is always the first to test and implement the latest releases of software so that he can advise clients on the latest software.
Dustin has an Associates degree in Computer Science, is certified for Small Business Server 2008 and Exchange 2007, and has a Microsoft IT Enterprise Administrator certification. He lives in Austin with his wife and their two dogs, where they enjoy exploring Austin's many parks and festivals.
Glenn Iltis, COO
Glenn manages the day-to-day operations of Technology Pointe’s Help Desk. His experience with customer service as well as his knowledge of the industry helps his team provide clients with the highest level of network support in the industry. His ability to train his team to communicate with end users whether they are upper-level management or administrative staff, technical novices or experts serves our clients well.
He has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Glenn was working in the IT industry when the PC was introduced. His experience in the field covers most vertical markets and because of this, he is able to understand the needs of our clients and personalize their support needs.
Glenn holds many certifications and is a graduate of Southwest School of Electronics. He is a native Texan and loves to travel abroad with his wife and family. He enjoys snow skiing and is avid, yet very bad golfer.
